mad world - surviving africa

Friday, October 28

again a stroke of motivation rushed up my spine and hit me against that little spot that connects the cerebral cord to the grey matter aka cpu aka underused brain. this due partly to some external influence, and partly to the last five miserable attempts to a restart.

microstock sales comming on well, passed my $100 mark in overall sales few days ago. yay. happiness, joy, no money comes to mind. maybe that is what i have been missing. the money, money would never be enough, and will always be dearly missed. always.

it can't be that, the search would have to continue, physically. i found that discovering the towers with sherpa abri helped. pain, suffering, all for no gain whatsoever always bring a warm feeling to your heart. and that night, returning to the camp with bleeding shins, for the first time it was someone else that first said the daring words "what a nice walk".

another challenge awaits us next week. trying to keep the outsiders calm in the gramadoulas.

no pictures i know, it just seems so much work to keep adding pictures to this broken piece by piece story. i have decided, in order to make up for the lost pictures, i would add the dreamstime badge to the bottom of the page, then maybe introduce a word of the day feature. that ought to change the day for the non-existing loads of readers just waiting to hear what happens next in this life. wotd will be from the book "The meaning of liff" by douglas adams, who else.
